You may expedite your Senior ID Card application by submitting your information now. To obtain a PennDOT Senior Citizen Transit Identification Card complete the information on this page and hit submit. The form will be sent to River Valley Transit.

When you are ready to pick up your card you must present one of the following proof of age documents at the Trade & Transit Centre Information office (rear side of 144 West Third Street) or at the RVT administration office.

This list omits the previously accepted Veterans Universal Access ID which no longer always includes a date of birth. Any of the listed documents, other than a PACE identification card, must include a legible date of birth to be an acceptable proof of age document.
