The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), in coordination with River Valley Transit, is conducting a survey to assess the safety concerns and expectations of transit bus riders as the COVID-19 vaccines continue to roll out, case counts drop, and activities slowly return to normal. The feedback obtained from the survey will be distributed to Pennsylvania transit providers to help them improve their service. Your personal identity will not be shared with your transit provider unless you agree to participate in a follow-up phone call in your response to Question 17 near the end of the survey. Over the past year, as we have learned more about the virus, it is likely your behavior, concerns and expectations regarding your use of the bus have changed. Please answer the survey questions based on your current behavior, concerns and expectations.
