The Grand Slam Express Bus Pass is good for unlimited rides on the Little League Express Bus AND all RVT routes from August 13-24, 2025 for just $10.
Passes will be available on or about August 8 and may be purchased from the Express Bus driver or inside the Trade & Transit Centre II Office on Transit Drive on the rear side of 144 West Third Street.

- Express originates from Bus Bay 12 at the corner of West Third and Pine Streets next to the Third Street Parking Garage. Stops include the Church Street Parking Garage stop located at the corner of Church and Court Streets near to the TownPlace Suites. See garage addresses above, both in downtown Williamsport.
- The Express Bus also stops along the route, look for River Valley Transit bus stop signs.
- Park & Ride to the games: FREE parking in the Third Street Parking Garage or the Church Street Transportation Center when you ride the Little League Express to the World Series. Have your parking ticket validated by the Little League Express Bus Driver.
- Pass sales begin on or around Friday, August 8th.
- Senior Citizens ride FREE ALL DAY! Be sure to get your senior pass if you are over 65 years old. Learn more on our Seniors Ride Free page.

From the Stadiums: Service operates every 15 minutes after the hour. Upon completion of the last game of the day, Little League Express will provide direct service to all routes.

- Flags larger than 3’x5’
- Flammable materials or incendiary devices
- Fireworks
- Guns, self-defense items, or weapons of any kind
- Illegal drugs
- Knives of any size
- Laser pointers
- Noise makers
- Pets (except certified service animals)
- Plastic saucers/Sleds
- Roller blades
- Scooters
- Selfie Sticks
- Skateboards/Hoverboards
- Solicitation materials
- Tarps, tents or canopies
- Utility tools
- Any other device that may interfere with or distract players, fans or telecast
Clear Bag Policy
As part of the policy, the following bags will be permitted at the security check point at the Little League International Complex:
- One Clear Bag made of Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC that does not exceed 20 inches x 20 inches x 6 inches.
- One Small Purse or Bag hat does not exceed 6.5 inches x 4.5 inches.
- Medical bags and Diaper bags are permitted.Note: Clear Bag options are available for sale in the Stadium Gift Shop.
