Project Scope and Specifications

The River Valley Transit Authority, dba RVTA is requesting Quotes for the services described as follows. The Authority will receive Quotes related to the lease of transit vehicle tires. Tires shall be quoted for the fixed route vehicle fleet and shall be quoted on a rate per mile basis. The organization serves and maintains locations in Williamsport, PA. All quotes and contracts are subject to all applicable Commonwealth and Federal laws and to a financial assistance contract between the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and the individual agency listed herein.

All costs incurred by those who wish to submit quotes in the development of their quotes in response to the IFB are the sole responsibility of those submitting quotes. No such costs will be reimbursed by the agency. Furthermore, those who submit quotes must not include such costs as part of their costs to perform any work described in this IFB.
